10/10 EXPERIENCE! [Cheryl] was so helpful in finding the exact color and quality carpet we were dreaming of. The entire team was patient and helpful as we went back and forth trying to decide. David was amazing, friendly, and so hands on! The team installing our carpet did a beautiful job and even worked extra hours to make sure they finished in time.
Tamela is the Cabinet Expert with over 30 years’ experience and she creates the most beautiful dream kitchens for her customers and does not miss a detail! Kitchens are a very complicated specialty and the design piece requires the utmost attention to detail (down to the 1/16 inch!). She incorporates functionality and beauty in every kitchen and takes the time to understand your unique needs and desires (I had many!). After all these years, I now have my dream kitchen and Tamela made it happen. She went more than the extra mile for me and I will be forever grateful. You just can't get any better cabinets from anyone and the most critical element is the person you hire. I cannot recommend Superior Floor Designs more highly! The selection is phenomenal. The assistance in the showroom is friendly, caring and thoroughly professional. Customer service after the order is placed continues through installation and beyond. I could not have made a better choice--I've been disappointed with others in the past.
I can't say enough great things about Superior Floors. We had used their services about 20 years ago and had decided to hire them again to refinish our existing floors, replace carpets with new flooring and re-carpet the stairs. Cheryl the owner, David, Freddie and the rest of the staff were not only professional from start to finish, but went above and beyond on the job. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the results. We will be hiring them again in the upcoming year for additional work. Highly recommended.
We had carpet installed throughout our house. Cheryl and her co-workers were always friendly and kept us up to date on the timeline. The team of Abel and his fellow installers were excellent. I saw them putting the carpet together at the seams. Our carpet had intricate pattern that was not easy to align. When they put down the carpet I was hesitant to believe that anybody could make the seam disappear. Abel and his team were amazing. I came back 30 min later and despite knowing where the seam was I was unable to detect it. True craftsmen at work. Quality carpet, quality installers.
10 stars for Superior Floors!! I cannot speak more highly of Superior Floors, particularly of Cheryl Robertson, owner. I recently did a total renovation on my home and Superior Floors was a big part of my success. Although I had my own great contractor, Cheryl Robertson and Tamela Bynon, kitchen designer, helped design, shape, and guide me to completing my perfect home. Yes, they design kitchens in all price ranges! They drew up a new floor plan and designed my new kitchen and baths. My quartz counter tops and bathroom tile were from Superior Floors as well as the floors and kitchen cabinets, and Henry installed my floors. They also recommended Aztec Appliances where I got terrific prices on my appliances. I felt that Cheryl was always looking out for me, looking for the best quality and purchasing prices to keep me on budget, AND all products and services arrived as promised on time. Cheryl was readily available whenever I had a question or concern. I highly recommend Superior Floors and all their crew and would use them again!!
This is the 5th time I have used Superior Floors for my flooring needs, and I can't say enough about their customer service and business ethics. I have always had the best carpet and wood floor installers, they are very professional, and always have the customer’s job satisfaction first in mind. I would highly recommend Superior Floors, David, was very easy to work with and Henry as an installer, is the best you can get! Henry was always on time, and went way out of his way to make my home beautiful and comfortable. Job well done!
I highly recommend Superior Floor Designs. We went to them because we were specifically looking for Hallmark-Alta Vista Malibu floors. They are one of the few that carry this line in San Diego. We first met with David Romo and he provided excellent customer service while being up front with cost and time of delivery/installation. We had a lot of other work being done on our house after our kitchen was flooded and Superior Floor was very patient with our timeline and working side-by-side with other contractors. Henry - their installer - was exceptional. His professionalism and care and concern for the project was amazing. Some of the transition pieces were not the right color when they arrived from the manufacturer so he custom made some for us! Thank you Superior Floor Designs for our beautiful new wood floors! We could not be more satisfied!
